In my experience, the True Image cartridges work just as well as the OEM HP ones. And they're so inexpensive compared to the HP that even if you get a "bad" one once in a while (which has happened to me with other brands, but not with True Image), then heck just throw it in the trash and buy a new one -- you've still saved $100 over the cost of the HP.

The ink leaks from the cartridge onto the paper, but seller contacted me and replaced it with new one. 😊

The packaging not so great. It arrived like that in the picture not even taped. I printed 55 pages straight just now and the quality is impressive. I hope it will be like this until end of the toner.Update 09/17/21 Print quality is deteriorating. Printouts have spots everywhere in most cases now.Update 10/11/21 Will not recommend. After approximately 100 prints, quality is horrible. Avoid and spend a little bit on original toner or other alternative but not this one. Unfortunately cannot return anymore.
