Found this fan at an odds and ends type shop. Had 1 remote with it . We decided to put itbin our bedroom so my wife wanted a second remote, after some research she found this o e and works great.

I was unsure about getting this fan until I read the reviews. As my wife 1st said when she saw it "It looks like a UFO".It is a little different but it does do a masterful job of creating air flow. We love that you can have it rotate so the air flow hits all parts of the room or you can have it focus on one part of the room. It has different light temperatures and you can adjust the brightness of them. It was very simple to put up and also very light weight.Our 3 year old son is in love with it, the fan is in his room. Every time he goes into his room he says "Look at my fan".The air flow sound is louder than any conventional ceiling fan, but it is a white noise. Very consistent, not like if you have a ceiling fan that wobbles and makes inconsistent sounds. Our son sleeps just fine with it on.

The ceiling fan is perfect. I have a low ceiling, less than 8 feet, and an exceptionally tall husband, 6 foot 4 inches and he can walk under the fan without hitting his head; unlike our last fan that left him needing stitches. The fan also still has much more power than expected and the three different light levels can all be brightened or dimmed with the touch of a button. Th extra screws sent are great but the directions could have been printed a little larger and clearer but none really are and we had no issue hooking it up, in all it took about half an hour and that includes dropping and having to hunt for the screws a few times. I'm very happy with my purchase and when I update the other fans in my house it will definitely be with another of these.

The remote failed after 6 months. I purchased a new remote. Couldn’t figure how to send the coupling code!Directions are not explicit on pressing the high speed fan key with the lamp key. Directions only say the ‘high’ key. Maybe I’m a bit thick.

Updated: the seller has amazing customer service and reached out. They tried very hard to help troubleshoot and accommodate me with the fans we had purchased. If you have any questions about the products, reach out to them. They are quick to respond and want to try to make it right for you.We live in a century old home, and had to purchase several new ceiling fans recently. These were found by a household member, purchased and installed. While they do offer what they say they offer, for our home specifically it didn't work well in moving the air around very well. Our upstairs is the hottest it's been in many years, and likely due to the fans that we installed at the beginning of the summer. For our older house who needed more air movement, maybe not the best choice.

We bought this for our grandchildren’s room with bunk beds which made me nervous the would hit their heads the the traditional fan. This is perfect.
