Very good, convenient product!

I purchased this electric shaker hoping it would make my protein shakes easier to mix, but it has been nothing but a headache. The lid is not sealed well, and every time I try to drink from it, the shake leaks all over my face and shirt. It’s incredibly frustrating and defeats the purpose of a portable shaker.To make matters worse, I reached out to the company’s customer service through their website, and I have yet to receive any response. It’s been quite some time, and the lack of communication is unacceptable.I expect better quality and service, especially for the price I paid. I am requesting a return or exchange for a properly functioning shaker. If the company sees this, please respond to my initial message and resolve this issue promptly.Save yourself the trouble and avoid this product unless you’re okay with a leaky mess and unresponsive customer service.Feel free to adjust the wording to better fit your experience.

I bought one of these because I drink a couple of protein and meal replacement shakes per day. Obviously, you can just use a shaker bottle, but I found that one of my favorite protein powders was still clumpy unless I used my countertop blender. So, I decided to try this electric shaker bottle in the hopes that it would be good for drinking on the go.It works perfectly as designed! Blends the powders uniformly, so I don't get any clumps. The motor is very tiny so is barely noticeable if you're carrying it around, too. It charges via USB-C, so I can just use the MacBook laptop charger I already keep at my desk.My only "complaint" if you could call it one is that the little container it comes with to carry your powder is not very practical. I would have preferred it if they'd made a separate container that stacks onto the bottom of the motor unit.

Worked great for about a year, then the mechanism stopped working. It would be nice to be able to purchase just the mechanism/charger.

I've been using my Promixx daily for half a year, and it continues to impress. The battery life is far better than I expected; even with regular use, I only have to charge it maybe once a month. The plastic blade is more durable and effective than it looks. Overall, it just does exactly what it's advertised to do.The only negative, at least with my particular unit, is that it's not 100% leakproof. If I mix a drink and let it sit for an hour, there's no problem. If you leave it overnight, though, there's probably going to be a bit of a puddle.Overall, though, I give this an easy and enthusiastic recommendation.
