This is low sodium as opposed to some seaweed products and it works great on anything, whether you want to sprinkle it on salad, soup, eggs, whatever you like. I add it to my protein shakes in the appropriate daily amount the iodine content instead of using iodized salt, for example. It is not devoid of seaweed taste, but I find it palatable and easy to use.

Iodine anyone? Regular table salt doesn’t even have it in it anymore. We need this to live.

I use Celtic salt since it contains minerals unlike the processed garbage sold in the grocery store. I add the sea veggies for the iodine when I use the salt. Healthy salt and potassium (referred to as the sodium/potassium pump) is known to be good for the body. Amazing how healthy we could be if we taught good nutrition in the world. Perhaps crap would not be allowed to be sold. WOW!

I didn’t know this existed until recently and I am so happy I picked it up. I love the taste of seaweed and this is such a great source of iodine when you may be lacking some in your diet. I also bought this for my dogs raw meals and he seems to enjoy it when I sprinkle it on top of his food.
