I think you'd be fine with that size. These are not very thick and they will stretch. I am a 5.5 and the 5.5-6 is a little roomy on my ring finger. I think if you're in the lower end of the range, you should be fine.

Q: Does anyone know if it can be used ad a toe ring?

It can if your toe is the size that you order. They are very durable and they do not cut circulation or anything. My wife loves the product. It's super durable and not too thin or wide either. So, honestly as a toe ring sure, it could definitely work. It does not really have markings on it to say if it should be on your hand or anything anyway. So, yes.

Q: Seller posts that I can exchange for a smaller size but can’t figure out how to do that? I even emailed the company directly and haven’t heard back.

I did get an email response from them after a few days. They say they are very busy. When i didn’t get any followup, i put a review on amazon saying that i was having problems getting a refund. They saw it and processed my refund a few days afterward.
