For shallow mount speakers these things are pretty good for the price. You can’t really complain for the price tour paying.

Super Strong and Really loud. Running a 600 Alpine Amp and handles the power.

The media could not be loaded. I have an 800 watt rms amp paired with it, it handles a lot more watts then said I was pushing 800 watts on it, got it in a custom box and have not had any issues would recommend for someone getting into subs.

Hands down best value in shallow subs. No, they're not as good as a JL Audio 12TW3, but the JL isn't 5 times better but costs 5 times as much. I have them mounted in a 2cu/ft box being fed 400w each at 2ohm final load. I should have gone with the dual 4 ohm instead of the dual 2, so I could get to a 1ohm final load; these work on 400 each but really want more. All that said, there are some problems. The rubber surround doesn't fit the basket very well so they don't line up with the holes. Skar pushed the surround of the woofer out as far as they could into the basket, which meant that the holes were partially covered by the rubber, which also means that any largish screw or bolt used to hold it down will be rubbing on the surround. While the big surround is great for excursion (although these are only rated at 22mm total travel) it also makes it challenging to find grills. I ended up using some Recoil grills that just barely fit.

Installed in a Skar vented box with a 500W skar amp. It plays LOUD, low frequencies, and surprisingly even volume across 30-80 hz. This sub will piss your neighbors off with the output. Not the cleanest sound quality sub you can get but a smoking deal at the price point. It's well built for a budget sub.

This subwoofer running at 500 rms absolutely pounds small and slim but it really has some power to it, I'm very happyb with it.

Just got these professionally installed yesterday. Cannot speak on longevity of course but man I gotta say I am very very impressed. These are of very good quality compared to the price you pay. The guy I had install these been doing installations for 20+ years and he was very impressed with the construction and sound of these. They hit hard af. I believe they can surpass their advertise 500 RMS but definitely gotta break it in first.

Speaker had no sound out of the box thought it was some of my settings so as I was checking them I heard a crackling sound. Upon inspection the speaker fried. 10 mins after installed. And before anyone says anything. Gain was barely up on a 500 watt rms amp . Plus iv been installing systems for 20 plus years. The speaker is crap. And the fact the I can't even get a replacement speaker let alone my money back. They now they got a crap product that works 50 percent of the time and none of the worries of refunding anything.
