These knives are great! I've used them for cutting fruits, vegetables, meats and even raw chicken feet (for my dogs and cats).They're lightweight and look like toys...but are anythig but!I also like the fun aqua color, which matches my kitchen.

been using Alfi knives for 25+ years not thrilled that the price has gone up 6 times the original but they are worth it

These are sharp, good knives, with good serrated edge. not sturdy enough for cutting something hard like big potatoes
