Q: this is just 110v .... Do you have a 220v version?

I think all of them are only 110v

Q: Will the ac adapter charge the batteries? anyone know of a softbox attachedment that works with these (besides the included diffusers)?

No to the first question- the AC adapter simply powers the panels, the power switch actually cycles between off, battery or AC power. I'm fairly certain all it does is move the circuit one way or the other, much like similar rocker switches on strobes and other such lights. IE, when switched to AC mode, the circuit with the battery plates are essentially disconnected from the unit. I have never seen one that charged while operating before. As for softboxes, I think there are some universal fit ones that might work, but I've never tried them. I have used the barn doors however to shield light spillage and then covered the front with diffuser material and clips to hold it in place to sort of create a faux softbox. But I've never tried to actually find a turnkey-kit for it before.

Q: Is this a RGB light ?

No it is not, but GVM does sell RGB lights at similar prices

Q: Will these lights work ~counter brightness from huge window almost 2 stories high-so our teacher-who sits in front of window-is visible 4 livestream.

To a degree if at full blast and close. Note that will take getting used on for the talent. Another option is to buy an ND filter film and tape it to the visible portion of the window. I've done that in a documentary where we wanted people to see the scenery (Aspen, Colorado) behind the speaker.
