One of the many beauties about tinctures are their incredibly long shelf life. The expiration date on our tinctures are 5 years after the date they were made. In some situations they can be stored even longer. The if the date is printed on the bottom of the bottle that is the expiration date. Q: I see that you have the drops and the pills, which one is more effective?

This is a great question! Both are effective. The reason we have two versions of the same product is because we started with the liquid herbal tincture and some of our customers are not as familiar with how to take tinctures and were uncomfortable with the strong flavor. So to meet the needs of more breastfeeding moms we decided to offer Let There Be Milk! in capsule form so it is more convenient for some to take and it does not have such a strong taste. Q: What did the pediatrician or midwife say about this product?

I've never mentioned to them about this product. How ever I do tell them that I take fenugreek and blessed thistle capsule to help with milk supply, which are also key ingredient in this fluid. They would just say, " oh okay." From trying many over the counter product, this is easy to take vs the pills. I put it in my tea, coffee, drinks, and oatmeal.

Q: How long does it take to see an increase in supply?

To be honest I couldn’t tell the difference since I used it for about a week since it made my tummy hurt a lot. But the truth is the more you breastfeed in demand the more milk supply you will increase and if you pump in between the times you done treed as well my baby is a yr and a mth and I have not felt I need to rely on any of this your baby.
