I love this thing. Being some one whose flat foot and suffers from sore feet due to no arch support, this helps after a long day of walking or standing. The different modes rotate in different ways which helps to get to different parts of the foot. I am someone that takes it up a notch and put the other foot inside of the opposite slot to get those harder to reach areas like the sides and back part of the heel. Most of the different rotation functions have another level to them to increase the amount of squeeze. The Vibration is also a good feature as it soothes you more and makes you want to sleep or relax. It also has a heat option which is good if your feet are cold or needs that extra kick out of the massage.

I bought this on a whim one day while having pretty sore feet from plantar fasciitis, and ever since it arrived both my wife and I use it daily. It feels great! It helps with foot pain (not always, but most of the time), and was a great value for the money. Even when it doesn’t take away my foot pain entirely it still feels great, and is very relaxing to use. It is definitely one of the most used Amazon purchases I’ve had in a good while. Check it out!

Bayybeee, this alleviates pain caused by planter fasciitis, flat feet, and overpronation. Provides a Death grip on the feet, the squeezing with the rollers going is a phenomenal feeling. Fast, medium and slow modes, with or without heat. Small clear suction cups at the bottom for non-slipping on hardwood floors, light weight to carry, and fairly lengthy cord. Idky but it has an automatic timer so it shutdown about 15 minutes into a session. 4 stars because the heat is weak and the heel area of the feet don’t get much love. Maybe those with longer feet have a better feel. I’ll provide an additional update in the near future to ensure it continues to meet expectations.

This has been a great investment so far. It’s a great way to help wind down after a full day on my feet. It gives a great amount of pressure for when my feet are particularly achy. I have already recommended it to several friends.

- 1 star bc the third setting stopped working in less than 2 months.-1 star bc I wish it would hug and/or compress the arch of my foot and feel more like a massage.Heat could be higher. Does an ok job, but pricey for its lower quality performance
