Pure Encapsulations Lithium (Orotate) 1 mg | Support for Calmness and Behavior | 90 Capsules

I got this bottle a couple of weeks ago so it might be too early to tell, BUT, I think they're very good. I started with one, 1mg capsule for about 4 days - felt nothing so I upped it up to two capsules for about three days. Might have had a better attitude with the two capsules - didn't cuss nearly as much on the tennis court when I screwed up. But for the past 3 days I've been taking 3 capsules. I can definitely tell there is a positive difference. For one, they took the edge off my regular 6 month dental cleaning that I had this morning. I actually didn't find the experience totally horrible. And today, for the acid test, my daughter came from college for a visit bearing a brand new tattoo. I really hated that she got it, BUT, I didn't explode on her. I've actually had a decent day despite these two normally very stressful events. I really think these have helped me to behave better. I will definitely be ordering more.

If you know the origin of the soft drink 7 Up, you know it was bottled in a place with naturally occurring lithium citrate (atomic mass of around 7), and lithium is a natural mood booster. I take 1mg of this daily to compliment my antidepressant, and it's perfect. The antidepressant wasn't enough and a stronger dose made me feel awful. The addition of 1mg of lithium did the trick. Anyway, if you need a mood boost, check with your doctor, and try this.

I like that this is a reliable company and I can rely on the dosing to be what is stated on the bottle. This was recommended by my provider. Does seem to improve my mood and motivation and a low dose.

My daughter recommended this to help me sleep. It is wonderful and I usually sleep 8 hours plus.

great results after 1 week

Quality seems good. Pills are very tiny and easy to swallow, but my stomach starts to hurt bad within 10 minutes of taking these. I tried about 5 times thinking It may subside, but it didn’t. I’m going to try another form of lithium that’s easier on the stomach.
