These lights are fab! I purchased 3, they all came in perfect condition with all parts needed and fitting instructions.They are great value and a quality item but they are a little tricky to install. The wiring is pretty simple but getting the last few screws on to hold the light fitting up wasn't easy.I managed it solo but I would recommend getting someone to hold the fitting up whilst you put the last screw fitting in - if not get ready to mutter some expletives under your breath as the cap for the screw falls and you have to climb down to get in then the other cap pops off while you are off the ladder!Overall I'm super happy now they are up and they are great value for money but if you aren't really handy you may need a little help.

Bought 2 of these lights to spruce up the kitchen. Install was easy enough. Wires could be a bit longer though... construction is so-so. At 1st it seemed nice for the money but as I moved through unpacking and installation the quality became apparent. The base had scuffs on it. Wire cage had a couple of sloppy welds. The part that holds the light bulbs, It's stem, is somewhat loose, no matter how much you tighten the nut. Would probably break off if you tweaked it too much. Paint is also chipped around here. The metal around the sockets is super cheap. It is dented and chipped. Now all that being said, it's on the ceiling, so unless your going to put your face to it alot, You won't notice most of the defects. Still disappointing that a $65 light had so many issues. Maybe I got a used one...

I didn't realize this item was bent until after it was installed. My husband struggled with the installation then realized that we couldn't screw in light bulbs because the arms were bent causing the sockets to be pointed up to the ceiling.I immediately called Amazon to see how fast they could send out a replacement for this defective one. I didn't want my husband to have to put old fixture back up then go through the installation again when replacement came. Plus, I was getting out of town house guests and this was the last finishing touch to my renovated kitchen.I told my husband to try to bend it to where it should be because I already started a return with Amazon and figured what could it hurt if he completely broke it. He was able to bend it in place and it now works.I like the look but the quality just isn't there and I don't think one should pay full price for defective merchandise.

I have been searching high and low for the perfect light for my new remodel a kitchen. This light seems to fit the bill. It is a Larger circumference than I wanted but it offers so much more light than my previous dated fixture. So easy to install and very sturdy. I purchased the E 26 LED Edison bulbs on Amazon for the fixture and they seem to be perfect! A surprise product for less money than I expected to spend.

You need two people to install this. And possibly some props to help hold it up. Bottom line is it's just large enough you can't do it by yourself. I mean, I installed the first one by myself with the help of an upside down stock pot and a few boxes of girl scout cookies perched on a freezer. It sucked and it took forever. Having my friend on a ladder for the second one, we still used a couple of large tins to help support the fixture while placing it, but it took a lot less time. They look really cool, though, and I love having the extra light in my kitchen. So worth it, but be prepared.

Love the look of these fixtures. We’ve ordered quite a few in this style. The one thing we’ve noticed is because of the packaging and the items themselves being so lightweight, sometimes the items are slightly bent by the time they are shipped to us. I was able to bend everything back into place and the light still works fine, so it’s not too concerning. Overall, this is a really decent light and looks great when paired with clear LED (soft white) bulbs.

DON'T GET ME WRONG, I LOVE THE LOOK AND HOW IT WORKS WITH SPACE DESIGN.Instructions are very poor but a crafty person should be able to get it right. Make sure to go to hardware store for some black #8 flat and lock washers otherwise you'll be luck to get a tight fit to ceiling.Packaging was terrible!!!!! I need three more of these and I'm fighting to decide if I want to repaint basesif I do. Unit was shipped without padding between cage and base so with handling the cage rattled against base scratching it. Didn't help that nut was slightly loose. Would be a very simple thing to fix but in thisworld who would listen right?Nice design and looks great but be ready to return of spray paint if you can't stand scratches.

I purchased one of these lights over a year ago and really liked it so ordered another one for my hall upstairs. This second one had a defect The pole in the center was too long to bring the cage tight enough to the base so the cage hung lopsided. I called to replace it since I still wanted the light, but was told I would have to do a refund and purchase again. I purchased this 2 days ago and there was a $10 coupon. So basically I was told I would lose the $10 coupon I received when I purchased it, since I could not just replace it. I get sent a defective product and am told I will lose the discount I received when I purchased it. I like the light, but very disappointed in the customer service at Amazon!! I'll look elsewhere for my light!
