MONK FRUIT IN THE RAW, 16 oz Baker's Bag, Pack of 1, Sugar-Free
As someone who loves baking but is always trying to cut down on sugar, the MONK FRUIT IN THE RAW Baker's Bag has been an absolute lifesaver in my kitchen. I've tried various sugar substitutes, but this one truly stands out because it measures 1:1 like sugar, which makes adapting my favorite recipes incredibly easy – no complicated conversions needed! I've used it in everything from cookies to muffins and even my morning coffee, and I'm consistently impressed by how well it dissolves and the lack of any artificial aftertaste. Knowing it's keto-certified, plant-based, and has zero calories and net carbs makes me feel so much better about indulging in my sweet treats. It's become a permanent fixture in my pantry.

Great alternative to diet sugars
Have been using Monk Fruit sweetener for a while. Ordered these so that I can take them with me when we eat out. This sweetener has no preservatives or calories and is a much better alternative to other sweeteners carried in restaurants.

Really great substitute!
I like sugar. I don’t like synthetic sugar. I don’t care for Stevia and not any of the sweet and lows or things of that nature. I bought this to bake with for my boyfriend to keep his sugar low and it cooks like sugar and it really doesn’t taste that bad. It’s probably the only non-sugar thing I’ve ever used or tasted that was the closest to the real thing With no weird aftertaste.

Good but didn't see it's a mix haha
It's perfectly fine and it does say in the front and I'm just blind. But I didn't realize this was a blend. Ive only used it in my morning coffee. Use the same amount as I would use of sugar and it's pretty good. I think slightly less sweet than sugar. I was expecting it to be sweeter and that I could use less because I'd read monk fruit is. But I guess it depends on the mix you buy. Anyway I'm prediabetic so need to eat less sugar. I'm happy with it.

I recommend this
I use this every day and fits well with my low carb diet. I use it for everything, coffee, homemade whip cream, fruits, cream cheese with fruits and so much more. It has a little funny taste but better than many other products I tried. It’s very sweet so you don’t need too much

Great for cutting calories without losing sweetness!
The media could not be loaded. I recently started using this monk fruit sweetener in my morning coffee, and I was pleasantly surprised! It helped me bring my coffee down to just 85 calories, which is amazing because I’m trying to lose weightThe sweetness is clean and natural, no weird aftertaste like some other sugar substitutes. I used only 2 teaspoons, and it was perfect. One thing I really appreciate is that it doesn’t spike my blood sugar, I also like that the ingredients on the back are pretty simple: erythritol and monk fruit extract, which are both better options than regular sugar or artificial sweeteners. It’s not 100% pure monk fruit, but that’s very common and this blend still works great for my needs.I plan to use it in my coffee every day now.Highly recommend if you’re watching your calories but still love a sweet cup of coffee!

Not so sweet
Could be sweeter. I like 2 teaspoons of sugar in my coffee and the equivalent would be 4 of these.
