Slicker than deer snot on a door knob
Really great company and products. Check their reviews and you'll understand why I bought this product. It works great. Now, to be fair, I'm writing this review shortly after installation and haven't put it through the ringer, but at least living room operation is awesome.

Easy installation, great function
This dropper installed easily with internal cable routing in my Trek Farley 9.6 and works great. Return to full height is snappy even in cold weather. So far I’m batting 1.000 with everything I’ve purchased through PNW Components.

Amazing performance
Installed this on my gfs bike. Performs way better than the gen 2 I have on my bike. She is now sold on droppers

Build quality is fantastic and feels like it’ll last a long time. Return is much faster than I had anticipated, even when the post was freezing cold after being delivered. Package shipped less than an hour after I bought it and was delivered early, PNW service is the best of the best. Travel adjust is very easy to use and being able to find an exact amount of travel is a game changer. Great dropper, great service, great price

Excellent quality, outstanding service, delivered to Nova Scotia from Cali in 5 days. No border hassles. Communication was excellent, bought a lever from them as well from their website, the experience was even better. Initially bought the wrong one, got the order changed, no issues. I'd give them more stars if I could.
