The best stuff on the market. In my opinion, of course. This is not a "catch a stimulant buzz and run around the gym" pre-workout. What it does do for me is help deliver a fantastic pump. And without the artificial garbage that fills most supplements on the shelves today.

I bought the cotton candy flavor. It wasn't super sweet because of stevia, and not artificial sugars. It definitely makes the aches go away after a workout.

I am recovering from a tendon injury and have poor circulation to my lower legs and feet. I've been using this for over a week and my blood flow and circulation have increased quite substantially. My feet don't become swollen and purple, I've seen a decrease in dead skin on the back of my heals and overall I feel just in overall better condition. Granted I am not training at the moment while in physical therapy with my tendon but I am still working my core as much as I can and I do feel a difference. This is a great supplement. I drink it during my workouts and get excellent bumps without the jitters or 'caffeine high' of other pump supplements. The flavor is good, but not overpowering. As you can see by the ingredients, the contents are healthier than other products on the market.
