Love the Umbrella
Great umbrella for the price. Cannot see through the fabric even though it isn't very thick. Hopefully will get a couple of seasons out of this one. Texas sun is brutal on all outdoor fabrics. Seems well made. Heavy and well packaged. Did take a while for package to arrive though.

Good Quality
I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of this umbrella. The material is not super thick but it was thicker than I expected (but wanted). Very sturdy & nice looking. I just ordered another one for my other patio table.

Won’t fit base
The umbrella would not fit in my rather new umbrella stand base and I had to buy that as well.

Good quality and price
Got it about a month ago and so far so good. We've had several rain storms with wind. Love the orange color and design ... looks like a flower with the scalloped edges!

Received a replacement for a defective product
Update: This was my issue that I gave them 2 stars and was pretty upset: ”one of the little pockets where the bars fit is missing. I'd be ok to get a replacement canopy, but if not I'm returning both and getting different ones, better quality”, but I reached out to their support and they sent me a new umbrella. That makes it right! Thank you!

Received 11 foot abc canopy patio umbrella with a 10 foot umbrella fabric
I purchased this umbrella about two years ago and it was an excellent purchase. I re-ordered a replacement on June 6 which never arrived. After waiting 10 days, I was able to receive a replacement item which arrived today, 6/24/25 and I must say I am highly disappointed with what I received. First of all the item was obviously not brand new. The crank does not operate properly, therefore the umbrella fails to open to its full expansion capacity. . Upon closer examination, I realized that I was given an 11 foot umbrella frame and a 10 foot umbrella canvas covering. The spokes bend because the fabric is too short. I’m very unhappy because I was really looking forward to being able to use my new patio umbrella. I did receive a refund from Amazon, but I must say that I will not purchase anything from abccanopy again.
