Haier 320 L 2 Star Inverter Frost-Free Double Door Refrigerator (HRB-3404BMS-E, Moon Silver,Bottom Freezer)

Packaging: adequate amout of materials used, well packed. Recieved product free of scratches or any damage.Installation: didn't bother calling customer care, followed instructions & directions to the T, given in the product booklet & had no issues. Fairly simple. To our surprise the engineer arrived 2 hrs later to install a fridge, we had installed. He gave us full marks for a job well done ☺️Product:1. Look; true to photo (we bought a grey fridge)2. Size; perfect for an apartment for a family size of 4-6 people3. Design; practical placement of fridge on top, with the freezer below. Usage based placement. The best part about it is it brings the crisper at the right height with all of our veggies in clear view & easy access. 4. Chilling; very good, lives upto what they say ice indeed gets done in an hour 😀5. Price; pocket friendly, for the size and conveniences it is total paisa vasool!All in all a great buy!

I purchased this product recently after reviewing the features and the looks, I actually purchased it for my mom due to back pain issues. The fridge is excellent and the compartments are spacious. cooling is also good, ice can be made in 30mins time when the freezer is kept at max settings. The fridge gets warm when we open the doors multiple times, but if fridge is kept closed due to its inverter the gets normal. The only sideline was the demo and installation. The guy had zero knowledge of the product, he just started the fridge and explained the feature in the most lethargic way I have ever seen. He said we can keep fruits in the freezer by just looking at a pizza pie symbol.

This is my experience after one month of use.Just NO complaint. Performance in all respects is excellent. Space is enough for a 5 member family. Racks are sturdy, door panels are also well designed. Cooling is very good, control system is very practical and enough for natural weather condition in India.Delivery by Amazon is on time. Installation & demo by company professional is also satisfactory.Just one suggestion : at lease one standalone fruit tray might be added for better use of space.

I am using it for last one month. So far it is giving satisfactory service. The best thing I liked about the refrigerator is its depth. It has enhanced the storage capacity and the same time I am able to use it at the convenience of body standing posture.

I had to think a lot before buying this fridge because I could see a lot of negative comments on Amazon regarding the delivery and the broken fridges everyone was receiving. But this was totally worth it! If you're tight on money and looking for a fridge with bigger storage, go for it. P.S. If you're wondering how tall the fridge is, It is about 5 feet 6 inches tall.Pros:* Storage Capacity and Cooling* Service was on point. The Haier engineer was at my place within a day of delivery. He was extremely helpful and guided me through the whole process* Cooling is pretty on point. So far I have managed to get frost free fruits.* You may feel a slight positive change in your routine from not having to bend down for the fridge section anymore.Cons:* If you have to access the freezer a lot (especially meats and frozen food) you will have to bend a lot.* There was a slight vibrating noise at first, but that was because the fridge was slightly tilted when I took it outDisclaimer: A lot of the reviews talk about the fridge being bad upon delivery and setup. I'd suggest that if you're going to set up the fridge yourself, follow the manual point to point. Do not attempt to do anything outside of what is written.Hope this was helpful.

Finally, It's came very safely, not a single scratch as I was little worried because of few damage reviews. It's Look amazing. My mom liked it so much. Its perfect for appliance for home and Also the cooling timings are very good as per the brand promises.Even it comes with dual inverter technology so it save lot of energy and moneyI will recommend this 100% for all Families.

I always order on Amazon and till date have never been disappointed on the big sized & big value products. We had a very tight budget and to get a 320 litre fridge within 25k was like wow. It's been a little over a month since we bought it and it's a excellent investment. The company called for installation within 3 hrs of the delivery and the technician came the very next day to install. After that I have received a call twice to check whether we are facing any issues . Excellent Haier, keep up the great work & customer support.

1) was very happy to receive delivery very promptly in good condition within 20 hrs of order placement and installation services within 3-4 hrs of delivery.2) the concept of freezer bottom technology of this HRB-3404BMS-E model is very innovative, well thought, useful and convenient for day to day use of predominantly vegetarian customers,3) unfortunately, It's effective Usable capacity is very poor as compared to ispace available inside. It is useful only for storing few big items and has very little space adjustment flexibility.(4) Inner side of Top Door panel is designed very inefficiently .Inner side of bottom Freezer door has NO storage racks /provisions, at all.(5) printed User Guide supplied is totally misleading. In spite of being an experienced qualified engineer , I had to search for non existent foldable glass shelves , in vain , after reading the supplied misleading user guide.6) the description of its body Colour " Moon Silver" is totally misleading as it's Front doors only is of that colour, not the other 3 sides of it's body.7) Otherwise however, I'm fully satisfied , as on date, with its very smooth, noise free working, very effective cooling , ice cube collection facility and absence of any heating problem8) but for its poor storage space design and misleading colour description, I would have rated it as **** 4 stars
