Reliable, non-slip
Used on lightweight walking stick. Had to pack out tip of stick to fit. Excellent grip on wet surfaces.

Great for helping on tough ground
Got this four footed rubber end as I had get a stick from a charity shop. I already have a similar end to a N.H.S. Stick. I do wish to keep on the go as much as posdible!.so when waking along an uneven surface going out, I Mercedes sticks the one with the four pronged end was great to stabilise me on one side but I needed the same for the other side, so I could make proper steps and be sure of a h top on the uneven surface! I did not wish to go down to using the rolator! But with the two sticks I could weave myself in and out of the peel on t he main street. It was a bit had to put on the end ! So I just aimed it up getting the edge over the end and then raped my stick down on a hard surf ace to get it to be secure! It looks hardworking enou ghost h but it probably may need replacimg, just like the tyres in your car, they would wear down!, But that depends on how much you are out and about! Have given it ,it's first test run going throu by my local market and it performed well! Kim Kennedy Belfast

Difficult to handle
If a person going to use this is an old lady with no help to change the ferrule, my suggestion is don't buy. It was extremely difficult to put even for a strong bodied person. I could not do it. A person who is using a walking stick is already frail and it had to be easier than this. At the end of it I found it was not really standing on its own which was the main reason I bought it. Looked strong, but because of the uneven fit, finding it difficult to keep my balance.

Unstable
Bought for moms walking stick as she's abit wobbly these days. Fitted it but it felt more unstable than just a standard rubber end. Felt as it was too flexible in the hole/stick fitting.
