Celeste Ng Collection 2 Books Set (Everything I Never Told You, Little Fires Everywhere)

I read these during lock down. Just what was needed. I couldnt have wished for better. The characters are crisply drawn. You see through their eyes, as race and class collide with tragedy. These are stories I'll remember for a long time. I chose these books, by the way, purely on star ratings. I had no way to flip through the books as I prefer to do in a book shop so brought on what others' reviews. I'm glad I did.

Little fires everywhere - I wasn’t sure if I was reading the same book as the people who left all the reviews ! Yes it was brilliant, but the ending was awful! It was rushed and I felt so much more could have happened.

Book Club choice "Little fires everwhere" but "Everything I never told you" was a more interesting read. Glad I read it before watching the dreadfully American film version!

haven’t started reading this yet but if they’re anything like the TV series Will be one happy lady
