Sizzix 660955 Thinlits Die Set, Fall Foliage by Tim Holtz, 14/Pack

Tim Holtz makes great die shapes and these are no exception. Used them for Autumn cards. I find that a shim added while cutting helps with the cutting and embossing or cut detail of the dies as they are thinner than most other dies. I use a Diamond Press hand crank die cutter and these dies work with ease in it.

There are so many metal dies on the market right now which can make it difficult to narrow your choices down. This is the third or fourth pack of Sizzix and Tim Holtz dies I’ve purchased. They work better than other “thin” dies I’ve bought, and I love Tim’s designs. These dies in particular are very easy to release and Tim includes multiple sizes and shapes of common fall leaves. The price is well worth it given the quality of the dies, and the assortment of dies included in one package.

This a great set of fall leaf dies. It cuts nice in my Gemini Jr. I am so happy I finally got this set of leaves to add to my die collection.

I bought this for fall card projects and was delighted in the quality and quantity of these dies. You can’t go wrong with anything with Tim Holtz’s name.

I was glad that I spent a little more on this set as compared to others because the variety is so good and it is all so realistic. I know that I will be using it for many years to come.

The picture does not show the real items. The manufacturer might have changed also the picture should change.It wasn’t wrapped as new, like opened at some point.The dies, one seemed used too with paper stock in it........ I have bought several of these and no one single one came like that .....Amazon offered one day delivery and it was late by 12 hours. That was amazon.

These dies were truly beautiful when cut! Their design is so true to life shapes. However, even though each leaf comes in 3 sizes, the sizes were: tiny, mini, and medium. Left me wishing for some larger sizes, even though the small ones still have their place for use in my card-making arsenal. Sizzix, I am really wishing for a 1.5"x1.5" and 2.5"x2.5" maple leaf....no one else can produce the shapes like you (I just need them larger than these little ones).

Great set for both focal and background elements. Wonderful multi season options.
