Dimensions were correct, material is a little flimsy
The fan fit in perfectly and seems to work fine. However, when installing it one of the bolts sheared off with moderate wrenching, so now it's only held on by two bolts. It was enough of a pain to install that I didn't feel like pulling it back out to try to get Amazon to replace it, so hopefully it doesn't loosen up and wobble around as we drive the car...
