Let me help you with delicious idli recipe.
Delicious idli recipe with MTR idli mix.1. Empty 500gm powder in a bowl.2. Add yoghurt/curd 200gm.3. Now add sour butter milk (lassi), a pinch of baking soda and form a thick batter. Mix all ingredients well. Do not make the batter too runny or idli won't be good.4. Do not add any water as we are using butter milk for this.5. Cover the bowl and keep it aside for 15 minutes.6. After 15 minutes start making idlis.You will love this recipe.
