Perfect fix but hard to install
Oh Gee, this was hard to install! Our flange rotted away completely and for few years we had our toilet sitting on tile spacers to prevent it from rocking. Then i found this little guy, and hubby and I decided to go for it.Installation instructions are pretty clear, however it was somewhat of a nightmare for us. Entire job could have taken us 15 minutes, had Danco mentioned in their instructions that we might need a hammer drill. But we had to discover that on our own.We took the toilet off and cleaned everything in 15 minutes. When time came to drill four holes in our concrete subfloor, that's when we hit the wall. Entire set of out masonry bits broke off, despite of cooling them down. Then we tried titanium bits, entire set ruined as well. After about 50 minutes of drilling, and switching from cordless to electric drill, we thought it's about the time to scrap the job and call the professional to install new flange (with only one toilet inside the home, things were getting down to the wire, if you know what i mean).I decided to google how to drill into subfloor, when i came across something called hammer drill. With bunch of tools we have in the garage you'd think we would hear about this puppy, but we never did.So we sat down in the car, stinky and disgusting and drove to Home Depot. Rented Makita Hammer drill for 40 bucks, came home, drilled four holes in 2 minutes. Installed the toilet in another 10. Fell in love with a hammer drill, and put it on our Christmas wish list.Toilet is rock solid, neat and clean and will be easy to remove to change wax ring in the future.I hope my review will help someone, so you might get that drill before hand.i hate when 30 minute project turns into few hours of wasted time! So, all in all: Don't come knocking, our toilet isn't rocking :)

Surprised me on how well it fit!
Bought this to use in my bathroom remodel as the old flange had a crack in it, This little handy item saved me a few hours of cutting out the old flange and replacing it. Was a tiny bit annoying to line up but works like a charm! Zero leaks in it and I have had it installed for over an month. Even came with a set of the toilet screws that you might need to replace from fastening down the toilet! Great value!

flange replacement
Its ok, but the bolts are too short....not sure why made that way. Need another 1/4 to half an inch on the bolts, then perfect. I could barely get 2 turns of the nut on there one side to hold the toilet down. DIY Mickey mouse, but so far so good.

Highly recommended
Had leaked several times previously with other products. No leak thus far and that even includes a toilet change out. Highly recommend this product.

Not good for below grade flange
Bolts are too short for anything but floor mount flange. I had to find spacers to lift and put 2 rings below. need to remove toilet and put another ring above . I'll paint bolts yellow to see them.

Saved me an expensive plumbing job
When remodeling a basement bathroom I found it had never had any kind of toilet flange. The old toilet had been bolted directly to the floor, with a large volume of wax between it and a bare iron pipe that had been flared out like a trumpet bell.None of the "repair flange" products seemed to make sense; what do you when you don't even have a broken flange to work with? So I thought I was going to have to hire someone to tear up the floor. But then I saw a reference to this product. I was able to install it with a hammer drill and four tapcon screws into the concrete floor, forming a stable base to mount a standard toilet.Unlike some reviewers, I used only one wax ring (below the flange, not above) and had no leaks. But I did have to use some shims to raise the toilet a few millimeters so it wouldn't rock; the new flange sits slightly higher than expected when mounted flush to the floor. A bead of caulk fully hides the shims, no problem.

Great item and idea
Great item and idea, pretty easy install, bolts line up perfect. My only draw back is the closet bolt assembly is a thinner bolt than your standard toilet closet bolt.
