This review is for the Moukey MMs-7 Shock Mount Compatible for Blue Yeti/Blue Yeti Pro/Snowball iCE Mic-Black.As stated, this is specifically for use with the Blue Yeti/Yeti Pro/Snowball mics. I have a Blue Yeti Pro and the fit is perfect.First of all, if you are using a Blue Yeti/Yeti Pro or Snowball mic for recording, there is a good chance that you started off using the included mic stand with each. And, while they aren’t the best desktop mic stands ever made, they are pretty good. Even though they are pretty good, you still need to get a shock mount for your mic. It is an absolute necessity. Take it from me, as soon as you get away from a desk stand, you will notice a big difference in transmitted sounds coming through those stands. Your audio quality will go up, meaning that you have to do less work trying to eliminate those annoying sounds in post-production. The Moukey works like a charm. If fits nicely with the Blue Yeti/Yeti Pro/Snowball mics, and it also works great with the Moukey adjustable mic arm (with no thread adaptor needed).The best part of this is the affordability. At the time of this review, the shock mount is less than $20, and it includes a spare band for when the one on the shock mount starts to stretch out (which they all do). You can spend more (a LOT more) on other shock mounts and not achieve any noticeable difference in the sound quality from the Moukey.This shock mount is a permanent addition to my home studio – I recommend it for the price and quality.

Works great, great price, great bang for your buck. For blue yeti and FIFINE mics, the weight forces you to torque down the mic arms A LOT, but this shock mount holds everything up fine. I am using it so the mic is right side up and I have no issues with needing to use this like a boom arm with the mic hanging upside down from the top.

Since the lockdown and working from home I've been using my Blue Yeti mic a lot on my Zoom calls. Desk space, however, is at a premium but with this mount and a cheap spring arm I can get my mic off my desk and closer to my mouth. The mount seems to be more solidly built than I deserve for what I paid with the majority of it being metal. The suspension part of the mount is firm but flexible enough to reduce handling noise when I hit the desk. All in all, it does what I want for as very reasonable price.

Using this with the official blue studio arm, it screwed directly on without issue and has held up to months of use.No sagging and I honestly use my mic as a hat holder pretty often.It's not fancy, but it does the job well for a fraction of the cost of the official shock mount.

The media could not be loaded.  It fit well with blue Yeti mic and material quality is good and serving its purpose. They provided additional elastic band for replacement.Cost is bit higher for the product.

A very good shock mount and less expensive than all the others. I’m using it on an inexpensive boom with a Blue Yeti X Pro and it eliminates all desk noise. Fits the Yeti screw and does not block either USB or mic jacks. I like that it came with an extra elastic shock cord, although I see no strain or wear developing on the original. Interesting side note: Both the shock mount and black Yeti are invisible when using a Zoom virtual background.

This shock mount and stand do exactly what I need it to do and was well worth the price. I bought it for my yeti x which for right in. The main downside is it has a bit of a rough time supporting it and I don't feel like I can tighten where it connects to the arm enough without them eventually slipping. This is my first time buying an item like this and it does a decent job.

I already had a Yeti Blue, and decided to make a setup for the kids doing virtual band & orchestra better than Chrome book microphones. I have never used a shock mount, so i have nothing to compare it to. Regardless ...It is working well and has held up to several weeks of the kids. It is light weight, but seems sturdy enough that i have no concerns about mounting the microphone to it. I thought the hand tightened screws would loosen over time, but i have had that be a problem. I doubt this would pass muster in a professional recording studio, but it works great for a virtual school band and orchestra recording accessory.

I bought an entry level boom arm and clamped it to my desk. When I would use my yeti, any vibration in the desk would be picked up by the arm springs and would resonate in the mic. Now it does its job really well and there's no vibrations picked up. For this low price, the product is very well made, looks good and seems sturdy. It fits the yeti and the arm sockets perfectly.

Great product, it helps with the vibrations and holds my blue yeti mic well.

I've used it with 2 different mic arms and 3 microphones, and this shock mount simply does the trick. It's big but it does exactly what you want, isolating table vibrations and more. Makes your broadcast sound professional.
