This is so basic it is virtually worthless. 30 minutes surfing google or BING will teach you more about flipping houses than this book.

This is by far one of the best real estate books I’ve ever read. No fluff or attempted selling!

Keep in mind this is a very basic guide best suited for those who are considering flipping. Very basic general information but well written.

Lots of generalities. For example, the book tells you to check a room's ceilings, walls, windows, window panes, door, floor, etc. Do you really need a list of everything in a room? The book lacks specifics as to what to look for. Telling someone to check whether the insulation was installed properly, whether an attic is adequately vented is useless without explaining what's "properly" or "adequately." She tells people to find out how old an appliance is, but not how to do so. Do you ask the seller and get a useless answer like "I don't know" or "pretty recent?"In addition to the lack of substance, there are quite a few instances of bad grammar (lack of agreement between subject and verb, or subject and pronoun) as well as malapropisms -- crevass instead of crevice, hallow instead of hollow, silt/salt, grove/groove, and so on.I expected better.

I've read a lot of information on flipping houses and this book is by far one of the most thorough and detailed. It literally covers everything from finding properties to flip to green alternatives for renovations . It covers every topic you should know about . Anyone thinking about flipping houses should absolutely read this book along with The Book on Flipping Houses: How to Buy, Rehab, and Resell Residential Properties by Mr. J Scott , these two books are extremely knowledgable and informative.

I found a good starting point to begin flipping houses. I now realize that there is much more to this but it can be done successful planning and using the right resources

There was a lot of things I didn't think of that I will definite incorporate into my house flipping business. Glad I read this book!
