27” 4K - Great picture, forget sound
I’m really enjoying the 4K resolution after adjusting my OS to scale up. Brightness and color accuracy is good, blacks are good. It’s not a $2000 monitor but for $300 it is a lot for the money. No dead/stuck pixels at first inspection. I’ve had pro level Viewsonic monitors in the past and I thought I’d give the brand another shot.Forget Using the speakers though. Bad doesn’t even scratch the surface. Who buys a 4K monitor for the speakers anyway.

A very nice monitor
We bought this to use with a MacBook Air 2015, and a Mac Mini M1. The 4K resolution is crisp and bright, and I recommend using a screen calibration device such as Datacolor Spyder for best results. We did notice a single line down the right hand of the screen that appeared intermittently when it was connected to the MacBook, but it disappeared when using the Mac Mini, so we determined it was possibly the cable or connector on the laptop at fault. We used DisplayPort for the MacBook and we're using HDMI on the Mac Mini. The monitor works great with either one.

Not good if you want anti-glare
This is for ViewSonic VX2776-4K-MHD 27 Inch Frameless 4K UHD IPS Monitor. The image quality if good, sharp text and excellent detail with the 4K resolution. Colors and adjustability are good, menu controls are a but of a pain having to switch between all the buttons on the bottom of the screen, but that's OK it's not something you have to use all the time.I got this monitor to upgrade from a 24", but when put side by side, this monitor has a ton more reflection and glare from surrounding lights, paper, windows, etc. The frame is gray and also reflects a fair amount of light depending on where you light source is. All this is distracting from the image on the monitor, not good for daily use or for extended time, too hard on the eyes.

Checks all the boxes
I was looking for a few things in new monitors: Bezels as small as possible to avoid wasted space (mounted side-by-side), standard power cord, VESA mounting, and 4K resolution. ViewSonic hit all of the above with an attractive monitor at a reasonable price, so a few months after ordering my first pair, we outfitted an entire new office with them and our employees are very happy with them.Update: It's been a little over three years since we started buying these. I think we had sixteen in that first batch, now we're up to 28 of them, and still not a single issue.

I JUST LOVE IT! ---Will----
I JUST LOVE IT!The frame-less deign gives us more width room to fit it in our computer hutch. The buttons are at the bottom edge so they are easy to reach. (Not on the back like some models)Very bright and clear 4K. 3840 by 2160 nativeA big upgrade from earlier models that had that were 1K (1080P)Now I can see more detail than ever before.Great for photo and movie editing as well.

Monitor and Audio DO NOT MIX
bought this monitor as an upgrade for a semi-pro recording studio along with a new Macbook Pro connected to a T3 dock station. Upon firing everything up - my audio and MIDI completely blew up with static noise and timing issues. Literally spent over a month troubleshooting my brand new computer and all my audio/midi hardware trying to find out why there was noise over the audio and MIDI was completely screwed up. Only by chance did I figure out that the cause of the noise problems was this monitor meaning it was generating major static over the DP and/or HDMI cables and it was coming thru my system. The second I disconnected this monitor - my audio troubles went away. I've never been more frustrated in my life as one would expect a monitor to just "work" and now I'm stuck with it because my return window has expired. I had no idea nor did I stop to even think that a monitor could "interfere" with audio, but this monitor is "dirty" in that regard so if that's your application...DO NOT purchase this monitor...you'll be sorry. If you just need a nice screen....it works fine. .

Really Nice Monitor for the Price
Sharp picture, great value. I’ll be using it as a second monitor but no reason not to consider it as a good choice for the main. And my experience with ViewSonic has always been good.
