If this was dependable it would be 5-Stars. It makes perfect bread and is amazing, but we are on our second one in a month and a half and it just stops working. At some point, and it has always been sooner rather than later, it will just no longer turn on. We sent the first KBS maker back when it stopped working after a week. The next one that came back was the exact same looking machine but was "Aicock" brand. This one has been working great for a month and now it will not turn on anymore. This is clearly a cheap Chinese brand as there is also no customer service or support. I can see why it is highly rated, because it is great when it is working...but it doesn't work. Save your money and buy a different brand. Literally, any other brand.

This was a gift for a Granddaughter. She has been baking bread every day since she received it, sometimes twice a day. She loves the whole concept of the machine. Three Thumbs Up.

The first KBS we received was used to make 3 bread before dying...We ask for replacement...And the second one dye near the end of the first Bread... I mean the bread still need a few cooking.We return the product and have been refund...So the Seller is OK, manage it properly and deserve 5 stars.The product could have 4 start if it just pass 6 month of use...

Everybody should have one of these. It's like a microwave or an oven. Being able to make fresh bread easily is amazing.It also makes pretty good jam too.10/10

Great machine. Baked great bread. Easy to use. I used my favorite recipe using 2 cups of Raisin Bran.

Automatic timer is the only way to go if you like white bread. And I do. I think it's great for all types of bread. REALLY!!

This product was used. There were missing pieces and the scooper was dirty.

Works as promised...At first I had trouble with the controls,...but a quick check on the net solved my problem...Bread is tasty and simple...Still only made 5 loaves but very good...
