Fit And Easy To Install
Product fits perfectly and was easy to install. Looks good. Surprised it was available after so many years. It took a long time to arrive and was expensive.

Replaced old, yellowed-beige plate perfectly and was easy to install
Others have posted their pictures of the old Broan plate versus this new Broan-Nutone plate replacement. Mine’s the same. This new plate is ceiling white and fits exactly. I got only one set of springs, but they were exactly the length of the old ones, so there’s no issue. I thought I had to buy another unit to replace the plate but, no, Amazon came through again after I researched to find the part number. Now my heat lamp looks brand new/pleasantly updated. I’m highly recommending this at the price offered. Plastics are quite costly so I’m very pleased.

A little pricey for what it is but I couldn't find a replacement anywhere else for my old Broan bathroom ceiling fan cover. It totally transformed the space and makes it look like a brand new fan! Super easy to install and they provide two different size springs to attach it. Would definitely recommend for anyone who wants their fan to look new but doesn't actually need to replace the fan.

Excellent value
Yes, it's a piece of plastic for $26 dollars. I can't believe folks are complaining about that. I wish I took a pic of the old one before I threw it away. The old one was 1970's/1980's almond, that had aged to a horrendous yellow. My house is 40 years old. We had a very budget minded bathroom remodel, converting the tub to a shower. Heated floors were just not in the budget so we had to keep this heating lamp in the ceiling. Instead of paying hundreds of dollars replacing it, I spent $26 replacing just the cover which made it look brand new. As far as I'm concerned I got a fantastic value on this new cover.
