Yes, you can download the Chrome browser in the built-in app store. However, we recommend using a wireless keyboard/touch pad combo for a better web navigation experience for Chrome.

Q: Is this item compatible with a ceiling mount?

Yes, the X10-4K is ceiling mount compatible.

Q: After 30,000 lifespan do i have to buy a new projector or can i get a replacement part? where do i get part (like a lamp, bulb, something like that?)

The LED light source is not replaceable. However, for a 30,000 hour lifespan, it will last for 20 years if the projector is used for 4 hours per day.

Q: I was told there was a firmware update to disable the auto on/off feature. Does anyone know how to update the firmware on this thing?

Yes. I tried to go through the Projector's settings for a firmware update. That didn't work for the update, as it stayed at v. 1.03. The best way is to go to the Home Menu then "Aptoid" App store, then System category and BIOS/Firmware OTA Update. Installed v 1.07!
