iseevy H.264 HDMI Video Encoder for IPTV, Live Stream, Broadcast Support RTMP RTMPS RTSP UDP HTTP FLV HLS TS Protocols and Live Platforms

I bought this product to add HW based h264 encoding to my GoPro live streaming using RTSP protocol, in hopes to improve the quality of the video stream when viewed remotely in VLC on my remote laptop. I got exactly what I hoped for and more. I was a bit rusty on RSTP protocols and port forwarding, but the expert staff at Iseevy responded immediately and guided me through the process within an hour. Nothing compares to the low price I paid for this and the support i received. I rarely comment on my tech gear purchases, but I couldn't be more satisfied with the outcome. Great product, great support.

I may not be a professional IT or professional at streaming, but I do have some experience. Please let me start by explaining my rating before going into why I returned this product. Tech support was very quick from the very 1st e-mail sent off to the seller. I tried what was in the manual to set this device up. Keep in mind the manual supplied has very small print, so small I recommend a magnifying glass. The seller's tech support sent me different ways to communicate with the encoder and no luck. I tried everything on 3 computers with the same outcome. after 8 hours of trying, I informed them I would contact Amazon for a return and refund/credit. Part of the reason I chose this encoder (H.264) was due to the overall excellent reviews. Lets get real, it's and electronic item, things CAN go wrong. What originally concerned me when opening the box was there was absolutely NO padding for protection of drops, falls and whatever else that can damage internal components due to mishandling. Again, lets be real, UPS is not the greatest company to in properly handling all packages. I am sure this is typically a very good product but I assured the seller I would NOT be buying another one from them in the near future just because of how the poor the padding was for this item. I also offered suggestions to the company and they were kind to say they will do their best to implement those suggestions. A couple of those suggestions included promoting their products and website; add a support page to their website so the most current troubleshooting can be easily updated. Finally, make a manual much easier to read while considering adding proper protection to their product in order to help minimize damage from warehouses to the customer. Since they were considerate of my concerns/suggestions, I promised them I would give them a proper rating for being professional with their customer service. I would NOT discourage anyone from buying this product, however, until they can safely package their products better, I would be a little hesitant. My opinion only!!
