Great product!!
A well working unit with an amazing battery life. Very affordable and fast. More expensive units are not better! The size and weight is perfect for a smaller computer with a regular sized keyboard. I totally recommend it!

Quality
If you are a person who works from home or would like the ability to take your work everywhere. Then these are for you! They are amazing quality! Functionality is amazing!! And the store is unbeatable.

Defective and horrible customer service
We were excited at first about the quality for the price. Then we realized that it only worked on the charger. After multiple emails with automatic responses and calls to the service number, we set up a return. They did not send a prepaid label and we could not get an answer on how to get one since it was defective. It wasn’t like we just changed our minds and didn’t want it. I sent it with the paperwork they did provide and paid for the shipping on my own. It was $18. I received my refund approval email today and they added $1 for return shipping. ONE DOLLAR! It was defective and I deserve the remaining $17 for shipping. By far my worst experience with a third party seller on Amazon. I need to pay more attention and make sure I am only ever purchasing from Amazon directly and that the item ships from Amazon and has their return policy.

Limited use
Chromebook is in excellent condition and works well, BUT you can not update the OS, nor can you download most programs due to the out dated OS. If all you need is something that is light to Web surf, watch most Videos and MAYBE use Google Docs, then this is a good deal. If you're a hacker, you MIGHT be able to install Linux and have a great little machine. Waht do you want for under a Hundred bucks.

Great buy
This product was refurbished but it worked like new for 3 months then one of the keys start malfunctioning so I had to use the onscreen keyboard otherwise it works perfectly. My daughter loves it. Great help with her school work. It has long battery life not a touch screen value for money speed is average

Very good quality for the amount of money spend can’t complain
The media could not be loaded. Battery life’s awesome bought it three days ago still haven’t had to charge just yet screen quality isn’t the greatest but it also isn’t the worst it’s pretty good ! I love it it’s a dell and chrome all in one
