Brilliant although a removable food tray would be useful so you can wash it without unplugging.

Tried a few this one seems a little easier to set up time will tell

Easy to set up, however...When you set the time, program the meal times and portion sizes (just to test), if you switch off the unit, this will factory reset.If you follow the instructions to turn off the unit to clean, to take off the head, you'll lose all you have programmed and the time. You'll have to reset everything again.I can't be bothered to record my voice as it'll have to be done over and over everytime it's switched off!It can't remember what has been programmed 😐You can't see how low the food level is due to the dark as night window on the front. No low level food indicator.You have to get a real firm grip on the whole unit to unlock the head/lid.No infrared as advertised.Is there a way of taking the top off without having to remove the whole head? No instructions to show this!!!Don't want to break this trying.I'll give this 24hours. If this follows all my programs, I'll get around the above issues otherwise...it goes back!

It’s pretty good. Best thing to do is put batteries in 4xD cell. Because once unplugged from the usb cable it will reset itself.This works well with the Tortoise food.

Super handy gadget to have! I have two cats and occasionally travel for work so being able to leave and know they will be fed is a great relief! Also, not having them hound me every morning for breakfast is a welcome change. Now my weekends I can sleep in undisturbed!

When I first looked at it thought this is going to be complicated!! but no very easy to set and worked first time !!
