Very bad customer service
Can't really tell if filter is any good yet, its only been running for about 2 weeks. Will say nitrite & nitrate are zero.It's a very very very noisy canister, and mine is getting air in somehow. No leaks, everything tight but still getting air. Have messaged seller 3 times with no response, that's main reason for 1 star. Think the impeller is faulty (from factory).Not saying dont buy just dont use this seller

Hi,i had the hydra 1000 first, this was returned as not enough flow.i now have hydra 1500,been running for 5 months no problems so far
