I had an issue with my toner cartridge. I contacted True Image Customer Service & they quickly assisted me & sent me a replacement cartridge. I’ll buy from them again.

I ordered the replacement cartridges for my Canon MF733 c. I am always a bit wary of aftermarket cartridges, as I have had some problems with them in the past. When I opened them and tried to install them, I ran into an issue and thought that the seller had sent me the wrong product. I contacted their support, who responded immediately and professionally, and it was quickly determined that this was 100% user; I was just having a "I cannot brain today, I have the dumbs" moment.No problems of any kind since installation, I must give them five stars for a successful product an dquick customer response.

Wow. Very fast turnaround. Excellent color. Color over color registration is perfect. I'm an old web press printer and color over color like cyan and yellow to make green or magenta and cyan to get purple is spot on when I looked under a glass. Will buy again. Thanks.

Only complaint, shipping was slow.

Disappointed . When I find a product I like, when I am ready to reorder I don't need to research it. I simply go into my previous orders and click "Buy it Again". This was my third order of this product (with reorders done with the "Buy it Again" button. But unsure if I should stop relying on this button, or if the vendor simply switched the product out.Yes the product works (sort of...keep reading), and as you can see and we've reliably gotten over a year out of a set. When I first purchased this back in 2019, I specifically searched for the H version (high capacity) this. The Canon web site states "The Canon 046 is a standard toner cartridge while the Canon 046H is its high yield counterpart. A black Canon 046 prints 2,200 pages while a high yield Canon 046H prints 6,300 pages.". Therefore the high capacity version yields nearly 3 times the prints.When I went to reorder it this latest time, I noticed the price went up a but but was okay with it because of inflation. What I did not notice is that they changed the description and removed the letter H from the description. Looking at the screenshot of my previous orders the description was changed during my 2021 order as well, which I did not notice (I attached the screenshot of my 3 orders over the years to show how they changed the description of this listing). However on my second order I still received the high capacity cartridges that I expected (as shown in the pictures next to the latest order I just received yesterday). Now on my third order (again without noticing they changed the description on this item number), I expected the same item as my previous orders. What an unpleasant surprise when I opened it up. So why didn't I return them? I was out of one color toner and in a bind, so I accepted the fact that I would simply get 1/3 of the yield.So now to more of the actual review. Yes it prints fine, but the colors of these cartridges are considerably less vibrant than the previous orders. Given that they are now shipping an inferior product with 35% of the yield of the original order, plus the price hike, it comes out to nearly a 400% increase in price per print. No longer a good value.Again I don't know if the seller had the intent to deceive the purchaser, but if the seller is selling a different product (which they clearly are) Amazon should require a new product number (not simply update the description and slip in an inferior product). I rely on the "Buy it Again" button for many purchases, and this one caught be by surprise and this is clearly a deceptive proactive by the seller to get people to reorder, but not provide them the same item previously ordered.This is still a better value per page than using genuine Canon, but with the deceptive change in product at a 400% price hike per page and inferior toner, this is my last purchase from this seller. But seller, please use a different product number if selling a different product (it's just not acceptable and leaves a sour taste in the mouth of the consumer).Updated 4/4/2023: in addition to the above, the quality of the toner is subpar. The colors are not vivid and dull, almost embarrassing to use. Unfortunately I will need to stop buying this brand.

I have bought several of these products, they are every bit as good as the OEM. I had a minor problem with one of the latest set i bought. I sent an email to the manufacturer which was answered within a few hours. They asked for a photo and I received an instant response confirming a replacement would arrive within two days. Incredible service
