Customer service was very good with LEOOLS. I ordered these bulbs and one of the three didn’t work, but the other two worked beautifully, so I really didn’t want to return the whole thing. The seller was very responsive to my email requesting a credit for just the one defective bulb, which they did. So I would definitely purchase from them again.I have added two pictures to help people considering these bulbs. They were a little bit whiter than I expected, but still worked well. Both of the pictures are with the lights set to the same dim setting. The first one looks darker because I set the sensitivity of my phone lower so that you can tell the difference between the color of halogen bulbs (very warm color) on the outside edge of the fixture versus the two frost bulbs that are in the middle of the fixture and whiter. But the light coming off is great, which is why I attach the second much larger picture of the entire kitchen, again at the same dimm setting.

Of course, it should be. These are 80 watt equivalent bulbs that are replacing 40 watt incandescents. But the color of the light (bright white versus incandescent yellow) is also much more illuminating (literally and figuratively): I like these much better than the incandescents!I am very satisfied with this purchase.10/22/19I am now very unhappy with this purchase! One of the three bulbs recently started flickering. It now flickers almost constantly!Amazon gives me no easy way to contact the seller so even though these are supposedly guaranteed, I am stuck with a defective bulb. It has only been 3 months and theses are used in my bathroom so they are only on, maybe an hour a day. LEDs are supposed to last about 10,000 hours. This one lasted less than 200 hours.12/1/19These are absolute garbage! The first one got so bad that it would actually go on and off. Now a second one is doing the same thing.What a horrible waste of money.! And I do also blame Amazon for giving me no way to conatct the seller.12/12/19Now the third one has failed! These are supposed to have a warranty but when Amazon gives you no way to contact the seller, the warranty is useless!

They look great, worked well, but used in our headboard with an simple rotary dimmer, they flickered if anything else in the same circuit was turned on. Would probably be great with a dimmer meant for LED lights.

Purchased 12 bulbs for 3 large vertical bathroom scones. This are very bright and produce a ton of light, very bright white in color and excellent for lighting up our faces in the mirror over the sinks, all of that is excellent. Now the bad new, 3 of 12 bulbs installed in April have burned out in August. This seems most unusual for 25% of the LED bulbs that are supposed to last close to forever have failedupdate, now 8 of 12 have burned out. I like the lights, but they do NOT last

The bulbs were used in a range hood and met my needs. It was brighter that what was there before was there. However, I would buy a clear one next time.

I used this in a lamp over my piano. It doesn't get hot like the old one. It's very useful

I bought this bulb on Amazon to use in my new bathroom lighting fixture. Amazingly rue light. I am very pleased.

Needed the bulbs for a bathroom light and read the LEOLLS T10 4000Ks were the way to go. Could not find any LED 4000Ks at any local shop--and I really wanted these for the daylight brightness. My electrician saw them today and was impressed with how good they look in the fixture. Love them!
